Cat Stevens & Derivatives

“Mine is the sunlight
Mine is the morning
Born of the one light
Eden saw plain.
Praise with elation
Praise every morning
God’s recreation
Of the new day.”

If light condenses to form matter that then accelerates toward light, the second light is derivative. It’s blue x yellow rather than true green. More like a shadow than the real thing (Plato). Perhaps it’s hotter, too.
