In 2016, in Physical Review Letters, new research was published that was quietly shocking.
“Scientists from the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee have squeezed water molecules between hexagonal beryl crystals and discovered that the water acts in a completely new way. The water molecules start moving according to the laws of quantum mechanics, exhibiting a phenomenon called quantum tunneling.

In the cancer on my shoulder, am I experiencing quantum tunneling? Perhaps the rest of my body is 3D, but this local region is 4D. A miniature time axis has emerged with its own local circadian rhythm. The cells here are both denser—and wider—than light.
What if light can be so cold that it explodes—or so hot that it precipitates out of solution?
When it is so cold that it explodes, it is under too much pressure—as in the fourth state of matter experiment.
When it is so hot that it implodes, it is under too little pressure.
Topical niacinamide was recommended to me to discourage the return of my basal cell carcinoma skin cancer. Niacinamide is a form of niacin, which is a vaso-dilator.
I tried the niacinamide but I had difficulty with it. It aggravated my POTS (blood pressure issues). Sometimes, it relieved the ache in my shoulder. At other times, it made it much worse.
If local cells are being so squeezed they are exploding, lessening the squeeze could be useful. But if we open the valve too much, we could induce the reverse dysfunction.
Interestingly, nicotinamide (a form of niacin) has been found to both increase the risk of triple-negative breast cancer, and to treat triple negative breast cancer.
